The challenge

Hybrid work has scattered teams.

  • Nobody opens the intranet.
  • Company news drowns in e-mail.
  • New joiners spend weeks finding who to ask.
  • You only hear about team events after they happen.

How it works

Three steps to a community that comes alive.

  1. 01

Sign in with your work e-mail

No new password: a six-digit code arrives by e-mail and you are in.

  2. 02

    Straight into your company's space

Every company gets its own branded space, and your work e-mail takes you straight to yours.

  3. 03

    Connected by what you love

Pick your interests in 30 seconds and the app shows you the people and things that fit.

Features

Everything a living community needs.

Scroll through and see what a colleague sees on their phone.

Feed

Chronological. No algorithm.

Colleagues' posts, company news and events in one place. No ranking: the newest post is always on top.

  • Photos, reactions, comments
  • Pinned official posts
  • Write offline, it sends later

Groups

Communities around interests.

Running club, photo walks, a professional guild — anyone can start a group, and leave it with one tap.

  • Open, invite-only and official groups
  • Sensitive groups with extra protection
  • Threads and group events

Events

Everyone shows up — on time.

RSVPs, waitlists, reminders and one-click add-to-calendar for Outlook or Google, without calendar permissions.

  • Going / interested
  • Capacity with a waitlist
  • Reminders 24 h and 1 h before

Party Time

Networking as a game.

At a company event, people scan QR codes at stations and with the colleagues they meet. Collect the badges, win a small treat.

  • Works on patchy Wi-Fi
  • No leaderboards, no pressure
  • Only totals remain after 30 days

Intranet hub

Every important link, in one place.

Documents stay where they live — the hub simply gives them tidy, searchable links. Nothing is copied.

  • Categories and keywords
  • Weekly trending links (only above a minimum headcount)
  • Links to approved sites only

Suggestions

Always know why.

“Because you picked Photography” — suggestions come from your own choices, not from what you scroll. No behaviour tracking.

  • A reason every time
  • A “Not for me” button
  • All tags private means no suggestions

For HR

A few reasons HR will love it.

MashBridge isn't another mandatory system. It is the place colleagues come back to on their own.

  • A talk in a brick-walled office with colleagues listening

    Faster onboarding

On day one a new joiner sees the groups, the events and who to ask.

  • Colleagues laughing around a table

    Real engagement

Relationships built on hobbies and shared causes, across departments.

  • A team having dinner at a long table

    Full-house events

Announce it, colleagues say they are coming, and the app reminds them.

  • Colleagues talking at an evening event

    Party Time at the event

A QR networking game that breaks the ice at the company party.

  • Two colleagues high-fiving in the office

    Your own brand

Your colours, logo and app name: colleagues install your company's app.

  • A team planning with sticky notes in a meeting room

    One console for everything

Members, modules, branding, moderation, privacy and the audit log — on desktop and phone.

Insight

See whether the community is thriving — without watching anyone.

The admin console shows aggregate, weekly usage. Individual activity never appears, and small groups stay hidden.

The charts are illustrations, not customer data. The numbers are rules built into the product.

Privacy

Privacy isn't an option. It's the foundation.

MashBridge was designed with the GDPR in mind — the rules live in the code, not in a policy document.

  • Hosted in the EU

Data lives in Frankfurt, in the European Union, with encrypted nightly backups.

  • Every company kept apart

Companies are separated at database level: another company sees nothing of yours.

  • Only the minimum

Name, e-mail and what you choose to add — nothing more is asked.

  • You decide

Download your data, delete your account, and see exactly what your employer can see.

  • No surveillance

No behavioural scoring, no sentiment analysis, no tracking cookies.

  • A safe community

Community guidelines, reporting, blocking and a moderation queue in every organisation.

Phone and desktop

One app, everywhere you are.

MashBridge is an installable web app: no app store, yet it sits on the home screen and sends push notifications.

  • Installs in two taps on iOS and Android
  • A comfortable three-column view on desktop
  • New versions apply automatically when you open it
  • Dark and light appearance

FAQ

Questions people ask

How long does it take to roll out?

No installation, no integration project: colleagues sign in with their work e-mail, and your company's space is created on the first sign-in. You set the branding in the admin console.

Does it need an app store?

No. MashBridge is an installable web app (PWA): it goes on the home screen on iPhone and Android and can send notifications.

What does the employer see about colleagues?

Only aggregate, weekly usage numbers, for groups of at least ten. No individual activity, messages or mood — and every colleague can check this in their own privacy centre.

Where is the data?

In the European Union, in Frankfurt, with encrypted nightly backups. Every company is separated at database level.

Does it replace our intranet?

It doesn't have to: the hub gives tidy links to your existing documents so colleagues reach them from one place. The content stays where it is.

Which languages does it support?

English and Hungarian — everyone uses it in their own language.
